What shaped me
As an entrepreneur, consultant and mother of three young leaders, I was humbled to explore momentum from every angle. It’s the challenge of moving forward when circumstances tempt you to hide and bury your head in the sand. And the boldness to step back and take a breath for strategic adjustment when everything cries for fast action and immediate results.
In my journey of work and life so far, I was granted the opportunity to wear many hats: teacher, partner, entrepreneur, and most importantly, a student who never stops learning. Life has been my greatest teacher, showing me how to navigate through economic and social unrest, and how to transform the very challenges that once seemed insurmountable into sources of strength and expertise.
And here’s what I’ve discovered: when you look into your own ‚downs‘ in life, you realize exactly which topics you’ve truly become an expert in. Those depths become your leadership mass – the substance that, when combined with purposeful velocity, creates unstoppable momentum.
